Kellie Martin (born Kellie Marien) is a famous American actor. Kellie Martin has appeared in many films and TV series, including "Christy" which is a story of a girl known as Christy Huddleston. She is also well-known as the lead in"The Hailey Dean Mystery television series. Martin was the daughter of a department store purchaser and kindergarten teacher started her career as an actress at age seven when her aunt who worked as the nanny of Michael Landon's children was able to help Martin land a role in 1983's show "Father Murphy". In the years following after her Yale University graduation, she focused on acting and was able to get major roles on both television and cinema. Besides being an actress, Martin is also a talented photographer as well as a dancer. Martin's sister, who died of Lupus at age 19, was the inspiration behind her becoming the Lupus National spokesperson.
